Can I get an updated status on my order?
Thank you for your order. It typically takes 3-5 business days to process an order and ship out to you. Orders are ship Monday through Friday. Adore The Fit will contact you if there are any issues with your order. All orders communication is done via email. It's important your email is accurate and current.

How do I know if my order went through?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation via email. In your order a tracking number should be included. We ship all packages through USPS. Please be sure to check your junk mail as well.

I received a damaged or wrong item, what do I do?
We understand these issues may be frustrating, but we always strive for the best customer service! If you have received a damaged or wrong item, please contact customerservice@adorethefit.com within 3 days of receiving your order so we can further assist you as quickly as possible.

Will you re-stock out of stock items?
No. We will need to make room for new merchandise. If the product is a popular item, the product may be re-order.

What items are final sale?
Any item that is a final sale means that the item non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit. These products would include: Earrings, Headwear, and Undergarments (camisoles, leggings, and bralettes). Final Sale items will also include any sale items. No exceptions.

What is your exchange/return policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you’re unsatisfied with the product you have received we gladly accept returns of purchased merchandise within 14 days. Product must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered with tags still attached. You will then receive a refund which we will notify you via email. With further questions please email customerservice@adorethefit.com.

Once we have received your online return, refund will be processed 3-5 business days.

What items are final sale?
Only regular priced items will be refunded within 14 days. Unfortunately final sale and sale items cannot be refunded means that the item is non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit. Which will include earrings, headwear, undergarments (camisoles, leggings, and bralettes). No exceptions.
